Current Sponsor - Switch Payment Method

In order to switch your regular Child Sponsorship payment to EFT payments today simply:

1. Download and Print the EFT Authorization Form

2. Complete, sign, and attach a voided check to your EFT Authorization Form

3. Mail your form and voided check to:
